  • LeeCon, LLC is a general contractor specializing in the renovation, remodeling and alteration of existing buildings.
We provide these services to our Commercial Clients:
  • tenant improvement / renovation and alteration of existing buildings
  • carpenters by-the-hour for routine repairs and small projects

    • Our service department provides carpenters by-the-hour for routine repairs and construction related maintenance.  To schedule a service call, contact our service manager.  

    • We offer Design-Build Construction which benefits the owner with a team approach to the challenges presented in the construction process. This method shortens the time frame, decreases the cost, and assures the job is built within the owner's budget.
    • Our company was established in 1998 and we have developed a reputation for quality work, dependable service, and efficient administration.
